“Having worked directly with so many outstanding performers all over the world, I often get asked this question…What Have I learnt? i.e. are there things that all successful athletes, coaches and teams do that underpin their success?”, says Goldsmith.

“The answer is Yes! There are things that winners do – that successful people do – and believe it or not – most of it is common sense – they are things that most of us instinctively know. My job is to teach people how to turn those instincts into actions. And the great news is that without exception – ALL of these things can be learnt”.

Coaches, Athletes, Parents

Wayne Goldsmith presentation in New ZealandIf you’re a coach, WG Coaching can help you get better – at getting better. We understand coaches and coaching and have a proven method of helping every coach to realize their coaching potential.

If you’re an athlete, WG Coaching can help you discover how you can achieve success, how to win when it matters and how to live a life conducive of peak personal performance.

If you’re a sporting parent, WG coaching can teach you how to help your children realize their potential through quality parenting and the implementation holistic, “whole of life” personal development strategies.

“I am passionate about three things….Performance, Potential and Parents”, says Goldsmith.

“Through my experience with high performance sport all over the world, I know what it takes to win – to be successful in the toughest, most challenging and most demanding of situations. I love nothing more than to see people be successful – and to help them to experience the joy and satisfaction of seeing their dreams become reality”.

“I believe that it all comes down to personal potential – about helping athletes, coaches and everyone I work with be all they can be – when and where it really matters. Everyone has the potential to achieve the things they are passionate about. What most people lack is the commitment and the belief to turn their potential into performance“.

“And I also feel strongly that parents are the most important – most influential – people in the lives of athletes. The capacity for parents to impact positively on the lives of their children – to develop character, to nurture values and to inspire virtues and the subsequent impact of this on the lives and athletic careers of their kids – can not be overstated”.
