Modern sporting teams have a cast of thousands…………managers, sports scientists, medical staff, researchers, analysis experts, strength and conditioning professionals, Board members, media teams, marketing and advertising staff….it takes a lot of people to make sport happen.

However, when it comes down to it, it is coaches and athletes who ultimately responsible for their performances, their behaviors, their words and their deeds.

This podcast looks at the how coaches and athletes learn – and then live their responsibilities and what happens when things go wrong.

Inspired by the 2018 Report into the Cricket Australia High Performance Culture, this episode discusses the critical area of player attitudes and behaviors and how some organizations respond to the often very public failures in their sporting system.
